Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will begin processing the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
VibeVault ships worldwide from our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States: 7–15 business days
Canada & UK: 10–20 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
Rest of World: 12–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak demand periods (e.g. holidays).
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $4.99. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about applicable fees.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@vibevault.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Orders are considered lost after 30 business days from the ship date.
